I got a 700 on the May U.S. history subject test, but according to collegeboard, that’s only the 78th percentile….is that even worth submitting to an “elite” college or would it hurt my chances? I’m thinking about retaking it in the fall if necessary.
my rank for kerala entrance exam is 15375 for engineering and 9781 for medical. also in which will i get admission?

College placement tests are tests to see where your skills are for college work. Usually these are just english and math tests. Each college devises their own tests according to their classes.

Kaplan has a good program, but if you are disiplined enough, you can buy one of the guides from a bookstore. But you will have to devote a lot of study time to the guides. The Kaplan classroom course teaches it to you a little more easily.
