In the 8th grade, I got a referral (detention + call your parents) for giving another student my assignment and then denying it once we had been caught. I’m a sophomore now, and this is the only mark on my record. My parents keep telling me that this will hurt my chances for scholarships/co
No transcripts from middle school are sent to colleges. They don’t care what grades you got, what classes you took from before high school.
When a college applications asks for any discipline actions or suspension, they are only interested if it happen in high school.

I don’t think ANYTHING you do in middle school reflects anything in college. As far as I know, some colleges don’t look at that kind of stuff. Just academics.
Unless you got into some major legal trouble (involving the court system), colleges don’t look at anything you did in middle school – not even your grades.
