College Admission Assistance? Is It Possible To Cancel It Even After The Supposed Time Limit Has Passed?

My family just can’t afford it and with the way the economy is I can’t find a job.
Is there anyone who can give me some advice about it?
Odds are you will pay money anyway so cancelling it probably wont do you any good
possible to cancel what? You can cancel but may not get deposits back
