is it necessary to give the sat II test .which test i should take .what the use/ purpose of giving these tests?

You need to decide which university you want to attend and then visit their website, decide on a program you wish to study and then find out what their admission requirements are.
It will state on their website if you require the SAT I and SAT II. If the latter is mentioned, then it will also state which are their preferred subjects to take for this test.
It is pointless taking the SAT II without knowing the above.
If you want to go to a really prestigious college, then you’ll have to give them. Otherwise, the normal SAT is fine.
