In Act Test Is Wrong Answers Calcualted Like Sat Test?

In SAT test they calcualte wrong answers and take 1 point for 4 wrong answers but does they do the same in ACT test????
If yes for how much wrong ones they take 1 point??

    Scoring system for SATs:
    1/4 a point per incorrect answer
    0 points lost or gained for every blank mutiple choice
    1 point per correct answer
    ACT: Don’t lose any points for incorrect. Gain a point per correct

    On the ACT, wrong questions do not get counted against you.

    No on the ACT if you guess wrong there is no penalty. So it is best for you to answer all the questions.
