What Is A Good Score On The Sat Reasoning Test?

im kind of confused as to whether i got a good score…
out of how much is the test?

    Each section is from 200-800 points, so you add together the 3 sections to get your total score. The national average is 1500, so try to be above that. I don’t know what level of intellect you are though. If you are aiming for Ivy League, a 2100 might cut it for Cornell, 2300 for Harvard, Princeton and Yale, and 2200 for the other Ivies. Out of 2400…

    570 for each section would start the “above average” scores. So that would be a good score.
    The best way to study for the SAT is tho get the College board’s Official SAT study guide book. IT has eight sample SAT tests that u can practice with. Then get the book Answers and Explanations by “Peter Tanguay”. This book gives you the best way to answer every question on those 8 tests. The college board book does not give you the answers.
