Does it look bad if you keep retaking the SAT test, PSAT test, and Subject test over and over again without improvement?

No. Most schools want to see what you can do and what you know, and they can see that from one score just as well as three scores.
The College Board has recently implemented its new Score Choice policy, which means you can elect to send colleges the SAT score or scores of your choice.
Some especially competitive schools are not participating in this program, however, and will ask to see all your scores anyway.
Regardless, many schools will look at your best section scores, rather than your total. In other words, if you send two sets of scores (Reading 600/Math 500/Writing 700 & Reading 650/Math 600/Writing 500), they will count your SAT score as: Reading 650/Math 600/Writing 700.
In other words, it’s good to take it often, and send all your scores.
