Foreign Students Admission To Junior College In Singapore?

I am a foreign student who is interested in joining junior colleges in singapore.
Can i apply through DSA? or is there any other specific way to apply?
When is the admission date for foreign student?
b’coz when i start to fill in the DSA form, i can’t fill the NRIC f

ield since i am don’t have a singapore NRIC. I also found problem when filling the blank of school since i not studying in s’pore atm.

    Hmm…i think you’ll first have to apply through the MOE (ministry of education), and then they’ll give you a test or something (to confirm your qualifications)…but to get into a JC in Singapore, you must at LEAST have an ‘O’ level certificate or its equivalent with good results…well, good luck in joining! =)
    PS. Go look at the Singapore MOE website for more info…you can just google it
