This test contains 70 to 75 questions. About 65% of the test measures your translation ability, 5% covers derivatives, and roughly 30% covers grammar and syntax. One-hour, multiple-choice. The test is scored on a scale of 200 to 800.
I haven’t taken it, but if you are not pressed for time here is a book with 6 sample tests that you can look into getting.

On pages 70 – 72 of the pdf site below they have a brief sample (18 questions) of the Latin test. They recommend 2-4 years of high school Latin, but I think some of it would be tough for someone with only two years of Latin. You are asked to choose the BEST answer on some of them, so there can be multiple “correct” answers. Some of it is based on how well you can sight-read, which is difficult for some people.
That’s Tough
I studied two years of Latin in high school. I took the SAT II for other subjects, but all of the SAT II tests are in the book, just in different sections, so I checked it out after finishing a test early.
It was hard stuff. I knew the easy and most medium questions, but you need a really good grasp of the language to answer the harder ones. Learn to speak full sentences whichout thinking to hard about conjugating them.
My advice, if you HAVE to have SAT II’s for the school you want to get into, do a different one unless you are very comfortable with Latin. I ended up taking subjects I was more comfortable with instead.
