I will have completed IB Bio 2 and IB Span 4 by the test date. I am better in Spanish than Biology but I plan to major in Computer Science and/or Computer Engineering.

It is getting increasingly more important to be bilingual. I wish I could speak Spanish because you can get paid much more for the same job if you can speak both English and Spanish. So I think Spanish would be more beneficial in the long run. If you have taken both classes, that in itself will give you a better chance at getting into the school of your choice. So I would go for the one you’re stronger in and the one that will get you farther in life-Spanish. Bio won’t really help you much in the Computer field anyway. I am a Biology teacher and I still think the Span. would be better. Hope this helps you make your decision.

I think you should just do the reasoning test. There’s way more prep out there for the reasoning test and more colleges care about the reasoning test than the subject tests.

I would do Spanish b/c it’ll be easier and you’ll probably use Spanish no matter what your career is.

    does comp sci/engin. require biology?
i found the sat2 bio easy, but if you’re better in spanish then i suggest you take that…or maybe both =P
