Wal-mart
Go to any department store and get a small stop watch (walmart, k-mart or anyplace that sells sporting goods). You can use it to count it down. Good luck on the SAT!!
Is there a kitchen supply/cooking store near you? They carry little kitchen timers that might work for what you need. Otherwise, a stopwatch might be a good idea.
If you have a Digital Watch that should have a timer function.
