Today I got my college acceptance to be a Ph.D student. But I am waiting for the admission office to accept me too. Because in my university, there is a committee that accepts students after they get their colleges acceptance.. but my question is .. is it easy to get their acceptance once I got my college acceptance or not?

Are you talking about a decentralized admissions process? That’s at least how my Ph.D. program worked when I got in a few years ago: two applications. . .one to the university, one to your program(s) of interest. If so. . .
Generally, all the university as a whole is going to care about is if your program has a place to put you and if you’re probably going to pay your bills. Unless you’re an international applicant or haven’t paid for your other degrees yet, the bills thing isn’t usually even much of a big deal.
If the program you’re applying to already wants you, I’d say the odds are pretty good the university will as well. . . it just doesn’t always work in reverse. (In the reverse case, if you don’t get into the program you want, the odds are that you won’t want go there anyway and so the university won’t have you floating around “homeless”.) If you’re already in at the college level, you must meet the standards of people who actually know what it takes to succeed in your field. . . and those are probably going to be above what the university cares about.
