What Happens If Your Sat Score Increases 300-400 Points From The Last Test?

I took the test in May and if, for example, I increased my score by 300-400 points by the October SAT test date, would anything happen? I heard that they hand score tests and they might even give you a one-on-one test? Does anybody know what happens?
