An employee of mine wants me to write her a Reference letter for a university application and I’m not exactly sure how to write it.What points should I include? Is there a format? Or are there any known websites available that could help me with this? Please help!

How Should I Start A Letter To A College Admissions Director?

I’ve been put on the wait list and I’m writing to them expressing my desire to go to the college, how it’s my first choice, etc. but how should I address the admissions director? Should I use “Dear Ms. Freeman,”…? That seems so… awkward to me. What other words/phrases can I use?
