Is The Sat 2 Test Required For The University Of Pennsylvania?

So basically is the sat test and act test enough for admission or do I have to take sat 2 as well??? Also can you give me a bit more information on the sat 2 test. The format and the subjects, also perhaps on the other details? Thanks
