Math shouldn’t be hard because it contains algebra II and geometry.
1. Always practice test.
2. Don’t rush through the section. Just use your time wisely.
3. Think of math as using the same formula over and over again.
4. Repeat the process if you successfully get better score.

I want to buy a SAT II Bio Book (Barron’s) and I was wondering if there’s a big difference between the 2007 and 2008 versions. The 07 one would cost me $13 less.

I’m planning on taking the SAT II again in October, and I could only find a 2004-2005 test prep book in the public library.
Is this book still good for test prep or should I look into finding a more recent version?

Sparknotes has a decent SAT section on their site, and the CollegeBoard website is also relatively helpful. What I would really suggest is going to a bookstore and shelling out $30 for a good SAT prep book – Barron, Princeton Review, Kaplan and CollegeBoard are all good books. Most of these books contain a couple practice tests with real SAT-style questions so you can see what you need to work on, as well as sections to help you hone your score and learn how to do best on the test. The books aren’t extremely cheap, but it’s definitely worth it considering how much colleges consider the SAT.
