Is Criminal Record Considered For College Admission?

I am 17, being charged as an adult for a couple felonies. University of WI college applications don’t ask about criminal history but I am wondering if they do background checks and just don’t ask because they don’t want to confuse these younger people with juvenile and adult criminalities. If You Cancel The Score For A Sat Subject Test, Would There Be A Record Of The Cancellation?
The score would not be sent to the test taker, right? Would colleges see that you canceled the score? (As in there would be a note that you took the test and decided to cancel the score…)
