Why Is It Legal For Colleges To Charge Different Admission Prices Based On The State You Live In?

if you live in ohio, ohio college admission prices are much cheaper than texas or indiana schools, and vice versa for those states. Why is this legal and constitutionally okay? isn’t it discriminatory

High School State Affect College Admission?

This is a hypothetical question. Suppose two high school seniors have the exact same record and resume. One of them goes to a school in NY, the other one in IA. The high school in NY is a bit higher “ranked”. Which student would be more likely be accepted to an Ivy league school?
