Which Test Is Considered Easier For International Students, The Act Or Sat?

I teach high school students in China. Many of them are preparing for going to university in the next two years. They want to know which test will be easier for them to score well on. I have never taken the ACT, and the SAT I took was the older, non-essay version, so I can’t say what I feel would be easier. Which one do you feel would be a better recommendation for my students?

Im in my final year of undergraduate course in India.
can u include what i might have to do about getting a visa and which test (GRE,TOEFL ,etc) i might have to take

SAT is currently a big obstacle between me and my studies …. my studies have been badly effected because i am busy preparing for my SAT test.. On 7th Nov, i have my SAT test , and i am currently at just 1500 in my diagnostic test.. My essay scores go not more than a 3 out of 6.. Math is at 600, and both the other english portions at 400 …isn’t that a sh*t if u have your SAT just 1 month ahead!!!! I also have my midterm exams in November in school… there are also other activities going on at my school like science fairs, model united nations conference and other co-curriculars which i am almost, almost, almost missing due to my SAT… SAT sucks for me now …. my vocab is neither so built up ..
So i was thinking to postpone my test date till June……. by that time, i’ll be over with my school too …. so i was wondering, wouldn’t it rock to postpone my test date till like 7 months ahead ??
Or are there any drawbacks ????

Is It True That College Admissions Officers Can See Students’ Facebook Pages?

I read somewhere that people like college admissions officers can look at student’s Facebook pages, and sometimes it can have a positive effect on whether you get in or not, like if you seem like a happy and well-rounded person with a healthy and balanced life. I have my Facebook page set so only people I add as friends can see it. Do college admissions officers have some kind of a way around private profiles or something? Or can they only see it if I’m Facebook friends with them?

I am a foreign student who is interested in joining junior colleges in singapore.
Can i apply through DSA? or is there any other specific way to apply?
When is the admission date for foreign student?
b’coz when i start to fill in the DSA form, i can’t fill the NRIC field since i am don’t have a singapore NRIC. I also found problem when filling the blank of school since i not studying in s’pore atm.
