Is A Score Of 700 On The U.s. History Sat Subject Test Even Worth Submitting?

I got a 700 on the May U.S. history subject test, but according to collegeboard, that’s only the 78th percentile….is that even worth submitting to an “elite” college or would it hurt my chances? I’m thinking about retaking it in the fall if necessary.

I had to wait to get paid in order pay the fee for the scores to be sent! I submitted my application and everything before the deadline except the SAT scores and they are required!!! Is it still possible I’ll be considered for admission? Oh god, I ‘m so worried!
